Innovation Academy - 2009

From 2007 to 2009 The Collaborative’s Founding Member Malcolm Fraser designed and executed the Innovation Academy Workshop Series which was hosted by Universities and Innovations Centers in 24 countries in partnership with Microsoft.

Academics, students and software developers attended the Innovation Academy Workshop to gain valuable knowledge and insights on best business practices within the High Value Manufacturing and ICT sectors and covered a number of areas critical for technology-based businesses to succeed in the dynamic markets. Attendees to the workshop were provided with practical advice in key areas such as strategic development, sales and marketing, operational management, capability development, collaboration and channel management.

This program oversaw a global project team of 18 charged with coordinating the workshop content design, events set-up and execution across the 24 countries.

In addition, Malcolm personally delivered workshops in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, India, Italy, Jordan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey and United Kingdom.
